Get in touch.
We read everything. Questions, corrections, article ideas — they all land in the same inbox.
The best way to reach us is email: hello@thenutritiondesk.com. We usually reply within a few business days.
Corrections
If you spot an error — a claim that doesn't match its cited study, a broken reference, a number that looks off — please tell us. Corrections get priority over everything else, and we update the article itself rather than quietly hoping nobody noticed. Include the article URL and the sentence in question so we can find it fast.
Article ideas and questions
A lot of our articles start as reader questions. If there's a nutrition topic you can't find a straight answer on — a supplement everyone's talking about, a symptom nobody explains — send it over. We can't give personal medical or dietary advice by email, but a good question often becomes the next article.
Brands and PR
We don't sell coverage, accept sponsored posts, or trade reviews for free product. If you represent a brand, you're welcome to point us at your published research; that's the only thing that influences what we write. Our disclosure page explains how affiliate links work here.
A note on medical questions
We're an education site, not a clinic. For anything about your own health — medications, diagnoses, whether a supplement is safe for you — please talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian. They know your history; we don't.
